How do I access the "Seeker's" e-mail address and phone number from the e-mail that is sent to me?

• Not quite sure what the 12 free listings exactly means...Do we receive 12 matching enquiries per year for free & after that they cost $5.00 each?

That's the intention at this point. We are still toying with the number of free listings that we give out. We are hoping to strike a balance between the number of free listings and the number of accommodation requests that we get. We use the $5 as a deterrent to the keen "agents" to keep them from taking all the listings. If the number of seekers far out weights the number of agent free listings, we will adjust the number of free listings.

• Do I pay the additional $5 for confirmed bookings (after the initial 12 freebees) or by the Seekers matching our criteria only?

As you go through the agents area will be presented first with your search details. This page has a status indicated in the right hand corner indicating how many of your free transactions you have used. This should be zero when you first start.

You will then be presented with a search page (click here to view) that allows you search and then view all the listings in your choice of

1. a Narrow Search (limited to all matches for your category AND your location),
2. a Broad Search (limited to all matches for your category OR your location), or
3. a search by listing number

There is no charge and you do not use up your free listings by conducting any searches. You are free to change your search criteria at any time if you want to represent yourself as say, Holiday Accommodation AND Resort Accommodation and want to be listed in Coolum and Noosa South Ocean Beaches for example.

You are able to see all the listing details except the e-mail address and phone number of the "Seeker". If you feel that the listing meets your criteria you can then acquire the listing by clicking on the "Get_Listing_Details" button (see below) - this is what ticks over the transaction counter.

You only get the listing if you feel that you want it. Some things that we have included to help you are:
a box that indicates the cost to acquire the listing; and
the number of times that the listing has been accessed - this indicates the number of people who have access to the e-mail address and phone number.

• How do I access the "Seeker's" e-mail address and phone number from the e-mail that is sent to me?

You will receive an e-mail similar to the one below. Merely replying to that e-mail will not get you in contact with the "Seeker" (it sends an e-mai to me at tech@sunshinecoastaccommodation.biz). Simply click on the areas shown below to take you to the website.

You will be required to log in, but will be directed to the listing. Clicking on the "Get listing details" (see picture above) will get you the e-mail address and phone details.
